Customer satisfaction is a priority for our company Aniseed Ceramics. Because each of our products is handmade and unique, we apply a special return policy to ensure transparency and respect to the consumer.
Refunds
In case of returning a product, the shipping and handling costs of the order will not be refunded.
The products to be returned should be sent exclusively by registered mail or by a service that provides tracking number, in order to ensure their safe receipt.
The return costs are borne solely by the buyer. The only exception is in the case of incorrect shipment or our company's fault, where the return costs are covered by us.
Special Orders
For products manufactured or ordered by special order of the customer, no returns or changes are accepted.
Product returns
You have the right to return a product within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:
The product has not been used and is in its original state.
It has not been damaged or altered.
Accompanied by the proof of purchase and the its packaging.
The refunds do not apply for personalised or specially manufactured products, unless there is a defect.
Defective or damaged products
In case the product reaches you defective or damaged due to transport, please contact us within 48 hours from the receipt, sending us photographic material and a description of the problem.
If the refund is approved, it will be done:
Replace the same or equivalent product (if available), or
Refund of money via the original payment method.
Return shipping costs for defective products covered by us.
