Because each of our products is handmade and unique, we apply a special return policy to ensure transparency and respect to the consumer.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1jykkec\" data-start=\"100\" data-end=\"146\">Refunds<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"148\" data-end=\"263\">In case of returning a product, the shipping and handling costs of the order will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"471\">The products to be returned should be sent exclusively by registered mail or by a service that provides tracking number, in order to ensure their safe receipt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"669\">The return costs are borne solely by the buyer. The only exception is in the case of incorrect shipment or our company's fault, where the return costs are covered by us.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"hyibl1\" data-start=\"671\"
